Our priority is to keep harsh chemicals out of your home. Here’s what we use:
All-purpose cleaner: Dawn dish soap + water
Floor cleaner: Sal Suds + water
For hard residues: Soft Scrub
Stainless steel polish: Baby oil

Cancellation: We require at least three days’ notice before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations with less than three days’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling:
Weekly and bi-weekly clients will resume on their next scheduled cleaning.
Monthly clients will be rescheduled within the following week, but future cleanings will remain on their regularly scheduled days.

We ask that pets be kept in a separate room or crate if you won’t be home during the service. While we love furry friends, keeping them out of the way ensures we can deliver the best possible cleaning experience.

To help us provide the best service, please:
Clear excessive items from surfaces and floors (e.g., clothing, books, toys, dishes, etc.).
Ensure the kitchen sink is free of dirty dishes (we do not clean dishes).
Secure pets in a separate room, crate
For linen service, place clean linens on the bed(s).
Notify us of any add-ons at least two days in advance so we can make adjustments to our schedule.

At Red Wolf Cleaning Services, we do not handle mold issues for several reasons:
Mold is not a cleaning issue: Mold is a structural and environmental concern, not a surface-level problem. Cleaning it without addressing the root cause can worsen the issue.
Expertise and safety: Proper mold remediation requires specialized training and equipment that falls outside our scope.
Root cause lies in construction: Mold often results from improper waterproofing or inadequate sealing. Without addressing these issues, mold will return.
Effective solutions require professionals: Tiles need to be properly re-caulked and sealed by qualified contractors to resolve the issue permanently. Our goal is to provide top-quality cleaning services while directing clients to the right specialists for concerns beyond our expertise.

We try to keep the same person working on the same houses to maintain consistency. However, it may not be the same person every time due to scheduling or availability.

You can pay online with your credit or debit card through a secured link sent via text. Payments are due within two days to avoid late fees.
We do not accept cash, check, zelle or venmo.

You can add a tip when you receive your invoice. You can also tip with cash or check. Cleaners get 100% of their tips!
